Predominantly Limestone Coast Cabernet sauvignon this wine is made up of multiple components chosen to deliver a blackcurrant Ribena driven sweet fruited wine with some layering interest through addition of floral elements and some meatier more earthy driven batches. Fermented in stainless steel with a mixture of oak barriques and high-end oak additives.  Final blending addition of a hint of Shiraz rounds out the palate and adds length and persistence to the finish.
