Glenferrie Pinot Noir
Deonte Glenferrie Pinot Noir has been awarded a Silver Medal by the judges at International Wine Challenge 2019.
Made from Pinot noir clones 114 and 115 the fruit is hand harvested and cold soaked for a short period before commencing primary fermentation. Ferment temperatures allowed to warm, once pressed the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in a selection of 1, 2 and 3 year old oak where it rests for 12 months. 100% French oak with approximately 40% new.
